On October 5th, 2003, Belgian authorities that have began to build the TGV (fast train) line between Bruxelles [B] and Köln [D], opened to the public their building sites; among them a Tunnel in Soumagne (5940 meters long). There you could see many guys wearing rubber or PVC boots. Nowadays, only the French TGV trains and the German ICE ones could use this tunnel...
