On November 21st, 2011, I was in the Devon little town Newton-Abbot for the first time. There were little rivers which flow between the old walls of the downtown. In the water, two guys were wadering wearing big black Century rubber hip boots. I talked to the younger man, a smiling one, asking about their job : they check the state of the walls, for the local Environment Agency, which provides them their strong waders...
